Shipping and Return Questions

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24 hours to process your order. We use Printify (Print on Demand) for some of our lines. Each product has different production times. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES: We use Printify (Print on Demand) for some of our lines. We selected vendors ONLY within the US to help save on shipping costs. Different products may have different vendors therefore,  shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

TIME AND CHARGES MAY VARY BY INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT: Since we use "print-on-demand" it means when your order has multiple items, they may not be produced at the same locations. Their distance from you may vary. The Printify service will provide you with two shipping options upon checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are not currently offering international sales while in our start-up phase.

RETURNS: While we think our goods are absolutely delightful, it may happen something you order isn't perfect. If you need to return an item within 14 days of receiving it, please use our "contact us" page (link here). We will arrange a way for the item to get shipped to us in South Carolina. We can refund the cost of the item but refunding shipping and tax won't be possible.
